Q: I don't live in Singapore, can i still buy your products?
A: Of course you can. We ship to ANYWHERE in the world for a fixed rate of just SGD$5, including tracking service by Singpost.
Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: All our products are sourced from overseas markets, and bought directly from the manufacturer. Furthermore, selling via a website allows us to reduce costs associated with having a physical store.
Q: You promise the best deals in Singapore. Is that really possible?
A: We constantly monitor the prices of our competitors and then adjust our prices accordingly. However, there is a chance that someone may offer a lower price, and if so, we immediately refund you the difference. No questions asked.
*Do note that our lowest price promise is only applicable to Singapore stores and websites. Also, one-time bargains by competitors (e.g. selling for a limited period on Groupon) is also not applicable.
Q: My product does not work! What should i do?
A: We always check the product before sending it to you. However, if it still does not work, send it back to us within 3 days of receiving it for a 1-for-1 exchange.*
*exchange not applicable if product is damaged due to carelessness of the buyer.
Q: Should i choose normal postage(free) or registered mail(+$3)?
A: We encourage you to choose registered mail as it ensures safe delivery of your items. If you choose normal mail, we will not be held responsible if your item is lost (however unlikely this may be).
Q: Can i see and touch the product before i buy it?
A: At this moment, we do not have a physical shop for you to browse. However, you can check out our competitors to see the actual product for yourself. (One of our competitors has a shop at the basement of Orchard Central =p)
